Projects are a bit like folders on your computer. Projects contain all job's preliminary specifications and/ or work related specifications for the job and team members working to deliver them.
Creating a new project for a preliminaries specification is undertaken in the same way as creating a new project for a work related specification. In fact, once created, a project may have a preliminaries specification and/ or one or more work related specifications added within it.
