You control what colleagues (known as 'Org users') and third-party collaborators (known as ‘guests’) can access by setting their permissions in the project’s ‘Team members’ area. You can set someone’s permissions for the whole project or tailor their access on a per-specification basis.

This article outlines the minimum permissions necessary for activities such as writing specifications or linking the specifications to the BIM/design model. It also specifies the minimum role needed for these tasks.

Please note: if someone with ‘Project administrator’ or ‘Contributor’ permission signs in with the 'Designer' role, their permission is reduced to the 'Designer' level.
