The 'Summary' tab lets you easily mark articles and clauses as complete or incomplete in bulk. You can use this feature to quickly select multiple articles or clauses and change their completed status in one quick step.
Please note: Mark as complete/ incomplete in the 'Summary' tab is available with Premium.
How to mark as complete/ incomplete in bulk
- Go to the 'Summary' tab.
- Select the articles or clauses you want to change.
Please note: You can show all articles and clauses in your spec in the Summary tab. See ‘Show untagged articles and clauses’. - Click ‘Actions’ > ‘Mark as Complete’ or ‘Mark as Incomplete’.
You will receive confirmation that your items have been changed.

‘Can’t mark as complete/ incomplete’
If an article or clause in your selection cannot be marked as complete or incomplete, the platform will indicate this via the ‘Can’t mark as complete/ incomplete’ window.
Items cannot be parked/ unparked when:
- They are whole sections.
- They are checked out.
- They are parked.
Clicking ‘Skip’ will ignore the items that cannot be changed and apply the changes to the other items in your selection.
Clicking ‘Cancel’ will back out of the action and not make any changes to your selection.
