The 'Summary' tab lets you easily park unwanted articles and clauses in bulk. You can use this feature to quickly select all incomplete or unwanted articles or clauses in a section and park them in one quick step. You can also park/ unpark items based on their tag.

How to park or unpark in bulk
- Go to the 'Summary' tab.
- Select the articles or clauses you want to park or unpark.
Please note: You can show all articles and clauses in your spec in the Summary tab. See ‘Show untagged articles and clauses’. - Click ‘Actions’ > ‘Park’ or ‘Unpark’.
You will receive confirmation that your items have been parked/ unparked.
Your articles or clauses will become parked or unparked. Please note, if you have the ‘Show parked articles or clauses’ option ‘unticked’, your selected items will become hidden when you park them.
‘Can’t park/ unpark’
If an article or clause in your selection cannot be parked or unparked, The platform will indicate this via the ‘Can’t park/ unpark’ window.
Items cannot be parked/ unparked when:
- They are whole sections.
- They are checked out.
- They are marked as complete.
Clicking ‘Skip’ will ignore the items that cannot be parked or unparked and apply the changes to the other items in your selection.
Clicking ‘Cancel’ will back out of the action and not make any changes to your selection.
