This refers to the length of time that the Chorus application itself will keep a user logged in.


  • 60 minutes from first login or until the browser is closed
  • renew after 58 minutes if an NBS ID session is active


NBS ID session


This refers to the length of time that NBS ID will keep a user logged in.


  • Without "Remember me"
    • Until browser is closed
  • With "Remember me"
    • 14 days from first login
    • Renews if user visits between 7.5 days and 14 days
