This task can only be completed if you have 'Organization administrator' permissions.
As soon as colleagues have been invited to your organization you can give them an elevated role - you can do this before they accept their organization invitation.
To manage your user click on Organization settings > User management.
Note: If you cannot see Organization settings in the breadcrumb, you do not have the role of Organization administrator.
At an organization level, someone is an Organization user. You can also make selected users an Organization admin.
As an Organization user, someone can:
- Create projects and master folders.
- View who else is active in the organization.
As an Organization administrator, someone can:
- Invite and remove other users to the organization.
- Apply and remove someone's role as an Organization administrator.
- Create projects and master folders.
- View who else is active in the organization. You can also end their session. You might do this when you need to free up a session so someone else can use the platform.
- Upload and manage custom stylesheets for the organization.
