When logged into multiple NBS platform within the same web browser (e.g NBS Chorus and NBS BIM Toolkit) after sometime there will be error messages that are generated (See below). The reason a user may need to log in to the BIM Toolkit with a different NBS ID is that they may have projects they wish to utilise within the BIM Toolkit whilst they are logged into NBS Chorus.

The error message they may see are - 





The current resolution for this issue is to use an incognito window or a separate web browser when signing into the BIM Toolkit, this is because NBS ID can only maintain one centralised session per browser (incognito essentially being a second browser). NBS Chorus relies on this session to know who is currently signed in. When the centralised session changes, the next time NBS Chorus needs to refresh user details (once per hour), it will receive the details of the new session, which can cause errors in NBS Chorus.
