Troubleshooting checks for Chorus. 


  • Which environment, browser, version of Windows, device are they using?
  • IE11 is different between Windows 7 and Windows 8 & 10.
  • Safari is different on an iPad compared to a Laptop/desktop.
  • Sandbox and Live will have different projects, people and org admins on them.
  • Does it happen with extensions and add-ons have been disabled?
  • Does it happen in a different spec in that project, different project?
  • Does it happen for other users?


  • Can NBS Support recreate the issue?
  • Does it happen in Incognito mode or a different browser?
  • Clearing the cache using Ctrl+F5
