Troubleshooting checks for Chorus.
- Which environment, browser, version of Windows, device are they using?
- IE11 is different between Windows 7 and Windows 8 & 10.
- Safari is different on an iPad compared to a Laptop/desktop.
- Sandbox and Live will have different projects, people and org admins on them.
- Does it happen with extensions and add-ons have been disabled?
- Does it happen in a different spec in that project, different project?
- Does it happen for other users?
- Can NBS Support recreate the issue?
- Does it happen in Incognito mode or a different browser?
- Clearing the cache using Ctrl+F5
