It is possible to create a new specification from existing content in a couple of different ways.
By copying a whole specification or master.
This method will require the destination project to have already been set up, you will need to have an ‘Administrator’ role on that project. Please refer to the How to create a new project topic for further details.
This method will allow you to copy over a whole specification to create the new specification.

By copying selected sections/ systems from one or more other specifications or masters
This method will require the destination project and specification to have already been set up, you will need to have a ‘Contributor’ (or above) role on that specification. Please refer to the How to create a new project and the How to create a new specification topics for further details.
This method will allow you to copy selected sections/ systems from one or more existing specifications or masters into the new specification.
The process is detailed in the Copying whole sections and systems into another specification topic which includes a video overview of the process.
The process can be repeated as necessary to copy over content from another project or master.
