The platform allows you to tag articles, clauses, and sections for various workflows, from publishing work packages to reporting on fire-critical items and contractor actions. These user-defined tags can serve any purpose, giving you the power to customize your workflow.
This article explains what happens when tagged articles, clauses and sections are copied.
Please note: 'Tags' are available with 'Pro'.
Copying tagged items
When you copy a tagged article, clause or section, the tags are copied with the item. This applies to all the copying routes in the platform:
- Copying whole specifications, e.g. copying from masters to projects.
- Copying whole sections and systems.
- Copying single articles and clauses.
- Copying specification content from one *organization to another.
