Any suggestion marked as default will be chosen for the customer as soon as they add the clause to their project. The customer can choose to change this choice if they wish.

Note: Delete each suggestion individually. Deleting the insert will not fully delete the suggestions behind the scenes and they will still be released to customers. This is a known limitation.
How to save suggestions
Suggestions are saved with the whole clause, not within the Edit suggestions dialog box itself. To save changes to your suggestions, close the Edit suggestions dialog box and then select the Save button to the right of the clause title.

Known limitations
- In Uniclass worksections, there is some uncertainty around the behaviour of suggestions added against the Description row. However, we haven’t fully researched this as, historically, the Technical Team have not put suggestions against the Description row. For now, it is safest to continue that approach.
- Don’t delete the whole insert as a way to quickly delete all the suggestions in a row. Chorus does not yet understand that deleting the insert means deleting all the suggestions. If you delete the insert, when the bundle is released, the suggestions will still be released too. Instead, please delete each suggestion individually and leave the insert in place.
- You cannot edit an existing clause link. If you want to change and existing clause link, please delete it and add a new link to the correct clause.
- Known bug: In the All content dialog box, the second tab says ‘In this specification’. It should say ‘In this bundle’.
- When adding clause links, guidance and notes are not available for preview in the All content dialog box.
- There are currently no checks for broken clause links. If you park or delete a linked clause, when the bundle is published to the customers, any links to that clause will be broken.
