A blue content bubble (also called a link or chip) indicates a link to a clause. Clicking the link will jump to to that clause. These bubbles act as hyperlinks when the specification is exported to Microsoft Word and PDF. When a reader of the soft export clicks the link they are jumped to the clause.
A grey bubble is a placeholder. No clause content is added to the specification at this point. Using a placeholder is a way of showing intent to add one or more of the clauses at a later date.
A red bubble is a broken clause link. A broken link is when there is a link to a clause, but the body of the clause is missing. These should be fixed.
