We do not get copies of the follow alert emails, devs have access to a separate report which logs them, so if you get any future queries for these, let them know and they will have a look for you.
Follow alerts are set up on projects by the user, these are different to exports, and saved search notifications
The AM contacts us to say that emailed reports are not being received.
SF shows if they have actually signed up to receive any notifications.
Clarify if these are scheduled reports or bespoke (we have no access to Bespoke if unknow ask to see a previous version). Scheduled reports come from notifications@glenigan.com bespoke from reports@glenigan.com
