You may encounter this error message when trying to sign up as a new user on any ID-enabled platform, including Lattira Spec/ NBS Chorus, Lattira Source/ NBS Source, or theNBS.com.

You may encounter this error if you try to register your email address while your organization has Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled.

To resolve this, instead of using the 'Sign up' option, select 'Sign in'. Enter your email address, and you will be redirected to log in using your organization's domain credentials.
