About the 'Quick actions' menu
The 'Quick actions' menu shows the project and master specifications you recently opened.
- The menu's 'Recently opened' section displays up to five specifications.
- Note: You only need to open the specification for it to appear in the 'Recently opened' part of the menu; you do not need to edit the contents.
- The menu shows specifications for the 'Organization' you have open. If you work across multiple 'Organizations,' the menu will show you results for the one you have open.
- Each entry in the menu shows the following information:
- Specification title.
- Project or master folder title.
- Whether the specification is within a 'Project' or 'Master'.
- The relative time you last opened the specification.
'Pin this specification' to the 'Quick actions' menu
The 'Quick actions' menu allows you to 'Pin specifications' so they remain on the menu.
- You can pin up to five specifications to the menu.
- If you try to pin a sixth specification, you will see the message, 'You have reached the maximum number of pinned specs.'

Specifications no longer available
If a recently opened or pinned specification is unavailable, you will see the message 'Project (or Master) is no longer available'.
A specification will become unavailable when:
- The specification has been deleted.
- The parent project or master has been deleted.
- You no longer have permission to access the project, master or specification.
