You can add images into guidance from the usual collection curated by Michelle Tither.

  1. Place the cursor insertion point wherever in the guidance you want the image to be. 
  2. From the guidance toolbar, select the Image icon:

  3. Browse to the images collection on the network: X:\ProdTA\Image Library for Chorus content. 
  4. Select the image you need. 
  5. Select Open to add the image into the selected location. 
  6. To save your changes, press Save to the right of the clause/section title. 

Image titles 

Above the image, type an appropriate title in the current image title style.

Note: Previously, titles were part of the image. To improve accessibility and searching, image titles should now be part of the guidance text.


Known limitations 

  • There is no ‘lightbox’ view in bundles. 
  • For the customers, if they select a guidance image, it comes up into a gallery-style view, so you can scroll through all the images in the current area.
