‘Details of amended articles or clauses’ adds information about which articles or clauses have changed to the MS Word/ PDF specification. This article explains the ‘Details of amended articles or clauses’ and how to add it to your published specification.

About the ‘Details of amended articles or clauses’ table

The ‘Details of amended articles or clauses’ collates all article or clause changes into a table positioned in front of the section or system in the published MS Word/ PDF specification.

  • The ‘Details of amended articles or clauses’ is located on a separate page* in front of each section or system in the MS Word/PDF specification.
  • The table is styled using ‘chorus-table-top-row-as-header’ to match the presentation of tables in articles and clauses. Please see the 'Table styles' section related article, 03 Customizing your stylesheet template (advanced). 
  • The article or clause titles are bookmarks. Specifiers viewing the soft copy of the MS Word/ PDF specification can use them to jump to the article or clause.


* If the 'Add revision history' checkbox was also selected at the structure step, the 'Revision history' and 'Details of amended articles or clauses' tables will occupy the same 'separate page', if space allows.


How to add ‘Details of amended articles or clauses’ to your published specification

Steps:

  1. Click to publish your specifications.
  2. Click on the ‘Compare’ step.
  3. Select the ‘Add details of amended articles or clauses’ checkbox.
  4. Complete the ‘Publish specification’ wizard.
