In preliminaries, we have an concept of alternative clauses.
For the customers, this is shown as neighbouring clauses where the first clause is active and the subsequent ones are parked by default when the section is added to a specification or master.
To make them easier to author and review, in bundles alternatives displayed differently:
- Clause numbers are shown by default.
- All the parked alternatives are unparked by default.
- Below the clause title there is an Alternative x of y tag.
Add a group of alternative clauses
- Any clauses with the same clause number (code) will be treated as a group of alternative clauses.
- The clause that you want to be the unparked clause for the customers should have no suffix.
- The clause(s) that you want to be parked for the customers should have a suffix.
- The clauses respect in the usual section sort order rules. This will be reflected in the x of y tag.
