For customers, the Park feature is primarily used to exclude clauses or rows from the published specification that may be required at a later stage.

Customers have also told us that they use park for a number of other workflows, such as ‘soft’ delete.

In bundles, we need a way for authors to say that a live clause or row should be deleted from the content. However, while the bundle is still going through the technical team process, that content needs to remain visible to editors and copy-editors.

We’ve re-engineered the Park feature to remove clauses and rows from the live content.

Any clauses and rows that have been newly created in a bundle and have not yet been released to the customers can be deleted from the bundle.
