How does “Contact Manufacturer” work on NBS Source?

Specifiers using NBS Source can use the platform to contact Manufacturers with any queries:

Clicking the button opens the Contact manufacturer dialog below:

When the specifier completes the form and clicks “Send message”, an email is sent to the Manufacturer.

The email address used is either the email address of the “Primary” brand contact:

The email address of the brand if there is no primary contact address:

The email will be sent with a subject line starting “NBS Source enquiry”.
