If you are sending your product information to a specifier we recommend you make a specification copy of your "master", and make changes there so you always have a record of what you have sent out.
Firstly, create a project and give it a relevant title.
Next, open the relevant masters. Select the specification you copy. Click on the three dots at the end of the row and select copy to.
When the pop-up box opens select the project you have just created, rename the specification to something relevant, and click copy now.
You can then edit the project specification to be exactly as discussed with the specifier.
