We advise that you create a “Masters” for each of the products published on Source. The easiest way to do this is to create a new folder and title it your product name.
Then, by referencing Source find out which work sections your product is associated with.
Next, create a Master using the content set as the title for ease of reference.
Then search and add the relevant content
Next, open the work section and complete the sections that will be applicable to every application of the product
Then repeat in the same project for every relevant content set.
This will now be available for you to quickly access whenever a specification for your product is requested.
