We have started publishing our first support articles that specifically cover content authoring features.

To view the articles when you’re inside Chorus:
- In the top right of the Chorus screen, in the purple bar, there is a Help menu.
- Open the menu and select Read our support articles.
- At the very bottom of the NBS Chorus collection of subject areas, you’ll see a group called Technical Team – Help
- From the list, choose the page you want to read.
- Alternatively, select the title of the group to view all the articles published so far.
Note: These articles are only visible to people with a Freshdesk collaborator licence – the technical team already have these for answering content support queries. This licencing arrangement means the customers cannot see these pages. If you cannot see the technical team section in Freshdesk, please let us know.
This collection will grow over time and be updated based on feedback, so please let us know what articles you’d like to see and how we can make the current support better.
Articles for features that are also used by customers will continue to be covered in the main Chorus help.
