We recommend keeping a saved copy of the stylesheet template (.docx) that you upload into Lattira Spec and NBS Chorus. If you need to iterate on this stylesheet further, you can use this copy as the basis for this and re-upload a new copy. 


However, if you do not have a copy saved outside of the platform, you can download one. This article explains how to download a stylesheet from Lattira Spec and NBS Chorus.


The steps are as follows::

  1. Sign in to Lattira Spec and NBS Chorus and find a spec to publish.
  2. Hold the ‘ALT’ key and click the publish menu.
  3. Important step - The ‘Publish specification’ option will change to ‘Publish specification (Bundle)’. 
  4. Click ‘Publish specification (Bundle)’.
  5. Step through the publishing wizard. 
    • You can ignore the print settings and publication details, which do not need to be completed correctly for this task. 
    • You do not need to save this publication to your Publish history.
  6. Important step - Select the stylesheet you want to download.
  7. Click ‘Publish now’.
  8. The platform will download a .zip folder.
  9. Unzip the folder. The ‘Template.docx’ is your stylesheet.

 

Now you can change your stylesheet. Then re-upload the updated version to the platform.
