Lattira Spec, NBS Chorus, and Source offer a contact form to reach manufacturers. When you submit your query, the platform emails it to the manufacturer's primary email address.

Clicking 'Contact manufacturer' opens NBS Source in a new tab and directs you to the manufacturer's page. Clicking 'Contact manufacturer' opens Source in a new browser tab and takes you to the manufacturer's page.
In NBS Source, the ‘Contact manufacturer’ button is on the manufacturer’s page.

Contacting the manufacturer or NBS

| Scenario | Guidance |
| You want to specify a product that has an amber or red status. What should you do? | The green, amber and red statuses indicate how recently the manufacturer verified the product data. See Manufacturer data verification. Products that have amber or red status can still be added to the specification. However, it is best to confirm that the product information is correct with the manufacturer. To prompt the manufacturer to verify their data, you should use the ‘Contact manufacturer’. |
| You want to raise a query about the product's suitability for your application. | We recommend reviewing the ‘Application’ information in the ‘Products’ panel or in NBS Source. For further assistance, you should submit your query to the manufacturer and use the ‘Contact manufacturer’. |
