If your company changes the domain of your email address, as opposed to setting up a new ID and then linking that to all your existing projects in NBS Chorus, you can simply log into your existing NBS ID account and change the domain.
You will automatically retain access to all projects you already had access to.
Instructions to change email domain
- Login with your existing NBS ID to https://login.thenbs.com/
- Select the ‘Security’ tab
- Select the ‘Change Email’ button then enter your password and the email you wish to change to:
- You should then receive an email to confirm the change in email address, if you do not, first check your spam/junk folder. If the email is not in there get your IT team to add noreply@thenbs.com and no-reply@thenbs.com to your mail filters safe senders list. After they have done this you may need to re-request the change of email.
