| 4 | Now email Andrew Taylor-Brooke (Andrew.Taylor-Brook@thenbs.com) & Ashley Scott (Ashley.Scott@thenbs.com) with Phil Scott (Phil.scott@thenbs.com) cc'd in to get a licence code for this user. Please provide him with the users name, email address and company name using the canned response in. Please forward the completed form to Stephen Hamil for information. R&D need to generate a key for them programmatically on a request basis – the licence is just a GUID, which is one way hashed in the database. Please update and complete the record in the spreadsheet in Step 5 |
| 5 | Once authorised please save their completed form in X:\CustomerCentre\SoftwareSupport\API request forms (do not delete) adding the persons name and date to the end of the form filename |
| 6 | Finally please email the user back with their licence code using the canned response in Email Templates>BIM Toolkit API Licence |
