Creating the Org
1 - Check that the company exists in Salesforce, if it is not in Salesforce you can still create the trial licence, you just won't be able to enter the Organization CRM ID.
2 - Set up the organisation in Chorus ensuring you copy over Salesforce ID into Org CRM ID field where available.
If there is no Salesforce record yet set up please enter (CanadianTrial) into the Org CRM ID Field - set a personal reminder to check Salesforce regularly for the next few days to find the CRM ID.
Once the CRM ID exists copy this and overwrite (CanadianTrail) in the Org CRM ID field
Creating the Licence
1 - Ensure that org is set up as Chorus Pro and with access for 4 weeks, change the date range accordingly.
2 - Add (CanadianTrial) in description ensuring the brackets are present as the suspends the sync.
3 - Add '10' to the 'Writer capacity' and with 10x DIGICON CMS and 10x DIGICON NMS.
4 - If you want the trial to include designer roles add an amount into the 'Designer capacity'.
Please do not enter a CRM ID in here as this will cause issue when the customer eventually purchases the licence.
Also, ensure there are no spaces in the CRM Reference feild as this will cause the sync to fail.
Adding Users
1 - Add the following as both Org admin and Org Manager – mat.sadler@thenbs.com, mark.barretto@thenbs.com, David.watson@thenbs.com
2 - Change org so that you are in the trial org and add customers' email from the Manage Users screen. This is so they get the invite emailed and should they not already have an NBS ID set up the can create one. Please make sure they are set up as organisation admin.
Finalising
1 - Generate a new ticket and send them the welcome email (Canned response) with Matt, Mark and David CC’d in . Ensure that comes from 'NBS Customer Support' and not personally.
2 - Remove yourself from the organisation.
