'Schedules' allow you to tag articles/ clauses in your specification for inclusion in a schedule. The articles and clauses can be edited directly in the schedule and then published to PDF, MS Word and Excel.
This new feature enables you to highlight significant aspects of the work early in a project, create reports which describe components and materials that contribute to the outline specification, as recommended when following guidance such as the UK RIBA Plan of Work and CIBSE's BG56, and confirm with the project team the scope of specification writing.
The 'Summary' tab became the 'Schedule' tab in February 2026.
