CIS for Building activation process
Once a customer has paid us for the renewal and Salesforce has been updated we need to email alison.mitchell@ihsmarkit.com and jonathan.silver@ihsmarkit.com to ask them to reactivate it
Customer Support keep a record in Pivotal of the licence end date and login details but this is only for reference so we can support the customer if they contact us – it does not link up to CIS to provide access
