This article explains how to publish your specification to MS Word and save it as a PDF with bookmarks.


Steps

  1. Publish NBS Chorus specification containing all required section to MS Word.
  2. Open document in Word and select ‘Save As’.
  3. Select .PDF as file Type and click ‘Options’ button.
  4. Under ‘include Non-Printing Information’ select ‘Create Bookmarks using’ and select the ‘Headings option.
  5. Click ‘OK’ and then ‘Save’.
