This article contains four downloadable documents to accompany the 'Australia - SpecPack' content set.
The documents attached are:
- Checklists – a list of suggestions to help specifiers include relevant items within the appropriate trade sections.
- Designers risk register – a basic design stage register of likely risks applicable to simple construction projects.
- Forms – basic forms to assist the specifier in administering the construction project including:
- Tender form – for completion by the builder submitting a price to complete the construction works.
- Instrument of agreement – a basic agreement to be completed by the builder and the client.
- Performance bond – a surety bond to be completed by a financial institution to guarantee satisfactory completion of the project by the builder.
- Certificates of insurance – suggested list of certifications that the client may request from the builder.
- Certificate of compliance – completed by the builder to certify that the works will be completed in accordance with the listed requirements.
- Schedules – these may be used by the specifier to schedule the works such as finishes, doors, windows, and so on.
