Process change: Information/Supplier Request Forms (IRF/SRF)
From Monday 1st February 2021, if you receive an information/supplier request forms from a customer, please email it to dd6da1c1.thenbs.com@uk.teams.ms
(NB* This is an internal process only, therefore customers will not be able to email to that that address).
The forms will be automatically directed to an email messages folder in SharePoint, where they will be reviewed, actioned and responses will be sent to the NBS staff member who submitted the form.
Note - These forms are generally sent in by customer to account managers. If the account manager forward this on to support please ask the Account Manager to follow the above process.
