Only use this method if the user needs immediate access and has already tried the Forgotten Password method.
1. In Pivotal navigate to User Account>QuickFind
2. Enter the users NBS ID and click Find Now.
3. Click on Reset password in the bottom right hand corner.
4. Select your name and click on Update Password (once)
5. The customer will then receiev an email with a new password which they should change to something memorable.
