Can I create a project description on its own page with a heading between title page and contents page?
Hi,
Yes you would be able to do this using the same techniques shown in the webinar when the Document Control Sheet was created.
The webinar recording is available now to watch again from the support articles, the techniques refer to above start at about 13Mins.

If you did not like how the stylesheet came out. do we have to start from the beginning?
Hi,
No you would not need to start from the beginning again. You would just need to open the word template you edited/created before, make any adjustments you require, then re-upload and test once more.
You can repeat this cycle until you are happy with the result.

To avoid everyone recreating a revised cover sheet / document control sheet, will a revised stylesheet template similar to the example be available for download?
Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion. Currently we had not envisaged doing this as each practice will have their own particular style and requirements. Also as you will have seen from the webinar a bespoke cover page and document control sheet can be created quite quickly. We will however discuss your suggestion further internally.

Does that mean that a colleague that is in a contributor role will not be able to add a stylesheet to a publication, only someone who is an administrator role?
Hi,
Only Organization Administrators have access to the Organization Settings functions within Chorus, consequently only they can upload and activate stylesheets.
Once activated however any of your colleagues will be able to publish with the stylesheet.

Are we able to make our style sheet the default when anybody in our organisation uses Chorus instead of NBS Default Stylesheet?
Hi,

Can I set that a page break is not in the middle of a clause?
Clause title and text together on 1 page.
NBS Building used to do this.
Hi,
Currently it is not possible to prevent a clause from spanning different pages I'm afraid. There may perhaps be situations where a single clause, in it's entirety, could extend to more than a single page in length. For example if one or more of the row details were particularly lengthy, or perhaps, given the flexibility that the stylesheets functionality provides, if the fonts in the stylesheet were set to be particularly large. I have however forwarded this as a suggestion to the development team.

Please can you show how to remove the 'not used' title notes within clauses, i.e if the testing section of a clause hasn't been used, there will be a title that says: Testing - Not Used. Thank you.
Hi,
Currently it is not possible to remove the 'Clause - Not Used' section header I'm afraid. I have forwarded this as a suggestion to the development team.

Hi Martin, within the main specification text, can we remove the numbers that list the items? and remove the line that sits in-between the heading and clauses? and can we remove the header and footer as we have our own company one in a separate document?
Hi,
It isn't possible to remove the row numbers however they can be altered. This is covered in the '03 Customizing your stylesheet template (advanced)' support article.
It is possible to remove the line that sits between the heading and the clause details. These are the steps to do this:
1) Select the 'chorus-clause-title' style from the styles list, right click and select Modify.
2) Click on the Format button in the bottom left corner and then select the Border option.
3) Click on the bottom border in the preview section to remove it.
4) Click OK to close the Borders and Shading dialog, then click OK to close the Modify Style dialog.
In regards to the headers and footers, you can remove or make any changes you require to the headers and footers to reflect your company branding.
