Update 2nd September 2020 6:30 UTC: This issue has been corrected. Missing text has been reinstated in specifications affected.


An issue has been identified with the 'UK - CAWS work section' content set which has caused the row value to be omitted from some clauses. 


This article sets out the issue, clauses affected, what is being done to fix it and how it may impact your specifications.

Issue

The platform is failing to include the row value to the right of the row label for some clauses.


Example 1: Section H11 clause 220 "Specification"

Row title 'Reference information' is missing the corresponding row value text 'For the duration of the Contract, keep available at the design office, workshop and on site copies of:'

Row title 'Finished surfaces of curtain walling' is missing the corresponding row value text 'Accessible internal and external areas must not:'

The attachment at the bottom of the article contains a list of sections and clauses affected.

The issue was introduced on 30th June 2020 (30.06.2020 23:00 UTC)

The issue was corrected on 2nd September 2020 (02.09.2020 06:30 UTC).


How this impacts your specification

If any of the sections listed above were added to your specification between these dates the clauses affected will have missing row value text.


The Content team have readded the missing text in the specs that were affected. Existing specifications now display the missing text. 


If you published your specification in this timeframe we recommend republishing it. There’s no action required for any unpublished specifications - the issue has been fixed automatically.
