There is a scenario you may experience when logging into the platform that the home page appears blank (this may be accompanied by an error message 'Something went wrong: Unhandled Error : The requested path contains undefined segment at index 1').



The reason for this is because the date and time of that device is not in sync with the world clock - our licencing servers require the time to be in sync. You will be able to log into Chorus on another machine/ device with the correct time and date without any issues as your account is not at fault.


You will need to adjust the date or time to match the world clock on the affected device.


Please note: you may have restrictions in changing this and therefore would require an Administrator on your network to make this adjustment for you.


To resolve this issue on PC


Right-click on the clock in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and select Adjust date/time or Adjust date and time and make sure the Select the time automatically section is selected and Set the time zone automatically is also selected. You should now be able to log into NBS Chorus successfully.


To resolve this issue on Mac


Select the Apple menu in the top left of the screen and click System Preferences. Then select the Date & Time option and set the Set time and date automatically option to On. You should now be able to log into NBS Chorus successfully.
