Please follow this guide to unlock a classic NBS subscription
1. You can search for the company by either typing in the company name or postcode.
(If there are multiple sites please choose the (Invoice) site.
2. Click on Open Full Company Form.
3. Click on Sub Details (Del) and click on the subscription you wish to unlock e.g. Building.
4. Click on Building again
5. Please take the request code down from the customer, enter this in and select an Unlock Reason.
6. Finally, click on Calculate Unlock Code and provide this to the customer (not case sensitive) and confirm that it has worked. (It is also important for us to record the unlock recipient and licence location (for network users)
Please note that some companies have multiple subscriptions for multiple sites. If this is the case then go to the Master company>Subscriptions (Inv)>Building (Please see the example below)
Please Note:
The No. of Seats in the screenshot below will not change, please use Seats Unlocked to identify how many seats a company is entitled to.
