Before a user can access Lattira Spec and NBS Chorus, they must set up an ID. To do this, please visit theNBS.com and select the Sign In/Register option then select Sign Up.
A verification email will then be sent to the email address used for registration. If the verification email does not come through, please see Users not receiving invitations verification emails.
When the user is invited to a project they should receive an email inviting them to join to project, however if they do not receive the email please follow these steps:
- Check the email hasn't gone to your Spam/Junk folder, as it may have been directed there.
- If the email does not appear in your inbox or your Spam/Junk folder, please check that your company's mail filter is not blocking emails from no-reply@thenbs.com. You may need to speak with your IT team to do this.
If, after trying these steps, you still do not receive the invitation email please contact Customer Support at support@thenbs.com.
