When there are 'Spec notes' against content in your specification, you will be notified by a number count on the 'Spec notes' tab:
Clicking on the 'Spec notes' tab will open the 'Spec notes' panel and any notes that are recorded against that content will be presented:
Please note: For the note count and notes to appear, you must select the relevant section or article/ clause in the editor.
