If you are experiencing issues with ARCHICAD crashing we would first advise checking to see if there are any pending updates for your ARCHICAD software. You can check for updates by selecting Help at the top and selecting Check For Updates:
Selecting this will redirect you to the ARCHICAD website where you can download any updates, once installed you may need to restart your PC.
