Occasionally, SCL (Schumann Consult) may contact us to unlock licences for NBS Building SA and this will be done via pivotal in the standard way. However, they may also ask for additional licences for the customer and this is at no cost. See ticket #9558 for reference.
To add in an additional licence please follow the below steps -
1 - Locate the company in Pivotal and find the current NBS Building subscription
2 - Select which record you would like to add the additional licence to (usually there will only be on record here)
3 - Then select the "Add Licence Details" button
4 - The following message will then appear, select "Yes" to continue
5 - You can now unlock a new licence
