Please note: Only Organization administrators' can remove users.
You would remove someone from your organization when they leave your company. Removing them from the organization will prevent them from signing in to your organisation and creating new projects.
When you remove an Org user from your organization, if they are the sole administrator on a project or master, this permission will be transferred to you, the person doing the removal. Their projects and masters will be visible to you on your home screen. You can transfer ownership to another organization user by inviting others to the projects.
