How to upload Build/Land/Sch/CA/Create to thenbs.com

Step 1: Upload the signed off Zip File:

1.1 Log in to Sitecore.

1.2 Navigate to Media Library>UK>Files>Software for Download

1.3 Click on Upload and choose the Zip file.

Step 2: Update the link to the Download

2.1 Navigate to: Content Repositories>Support>8_Support_Products>[Product e.g. NBS Building]>Download

2.2 Click on Insert Link>Choose the current Zip file.

2.3 Update the content and software versions (on what is included is provided by Marketing)

Step 3: Update the Panel Text (Content Updates Tab)

3.1 Navigate to: Content Repositories>Support>08_Support_Products>[Product]>Download Panels>Updates

3.2 Duplicate ‘2019-1 Content’ then rename it to reflect the new version e.g. ‘2019-2 Content’.

3.3 Duplicate ‘2019-1-v568‘ then rename it to reflect the new version e.g. ‘2019-2-v569’.

3.4 Check Open on Load Checkbox & uncheck on previous update (This will ensure that the page only expands the text relevant to the current update)

3.5 Repeat this process for the Content Updates.

Step 4:

4.1 Home>Support>All Products>[Product]>Downloads and Updates>Software Updates

4.2 Presentation>Details>Final Layout.

4.3 Move last item to top and update link to new update repository.

4.4 Marketing provide the text including what the update includes.
