Preparing the files for internal customer facing teams


1. 

Copy the installation files being sent to

X:\CustomerCentre\SoftwareSupport\AECOM NBS Create\Software Releases - customer

2.

Log onto the Mac and install the update.

Note down the FULL version number.

3.

Copy the program directory to a folder with an appropriate name  in:

X:\CustomerCentre\SoftwareSupport\AECOM NBS Create\Software releases - for internal use

4.

Send an email to the support and training teams with a link to the new program directory.



Send the installation files to AECOM


1. 

Upload install files to Dropbox removing previous ones.

2. 

Using the email template make a new email, attached the link and ‘Whats new’ document and fill in the email and program version number



Update the “Live versions of NBS Create” and add a service message for old versions


1. 

Add the new version into the “Live versions of NBS Create” on

X:\CustomerCentre\SoftwareSupport\NBS Create version management DO NOT DELETE

2. 

Ask Adam Cooper to insert a new “service message” for AECOM vXXXXXX and copy the previous message text.
