1	Have a copy of the WPD checklist sheet provided by Production.
2	Put the CD into the Mac.
3	Click on the Macintosh folder then copy the 3 folders 'Pages 4', 'Word 2004' and 'Word 2008' to the desktop
4	Open up each folder and choose the appropriate folder e.g. Minor>MW_WS
5	In the bottom of the finder it should display how many items are in the folder.
6	Check there is the same amount of files in the folder as there is on the checklist provided.
7	If all of the numbers match up then please sign the checklist and return it with the discs to Production.
8	If the numbers are different to the ones on the desktop then please notify production so that they can check for missing content.
