If a customer has a 2 seat network licence and they wish to split this into either 2x 1 seat network licences or a 1 seat network licence and 1 standalone they can do this.
The process to to this is -
1. Locate the customer in Pivotal and select the product they wish to split the licence for from the Subscriptions (inv) tab
2. In the Subscription window select the site you wish to split the licence for
3. Then select the current licence are re-license the users current licence to the desired amount (e.g A 2 seat network being split into 2x 1 seat licences you would change this to 1) You may also want to change the licence type to standalone
4. back in the subscription detail screen click the Add Licence Details button
5. You will then get the software unlock screen where you can enter in the number of seats and licence type needed for the additional licence and unlock this with the user.
