Please note: This will not affect 'Pro' or 'Premium' users. These subscription types allow invitations to collaborate on projects and specifications to be sent externally to your company/ organization.
The following message appears when you invite a user to your organization, and the email/ domain does not match the valid domain for your organization; it does not match your subscription.
For example: The domain @another-co.com is different to the domain we have listed @companyname.com
Resolution
To resolve this, please contact Customer Support if you wish to add a different/ additional domain to your Organization.
Please note: We cannot white list non organizational email addresses such as gmail/hotmail etc.
