This message appears while the organization’s subscription is in progress and being configured. If you see this message:
- Check that you are on the correct organization’s profile. When you sign in, you are returned to the organization profile that you last worked under. If you have been invited to work on projects by other organizations, you may need to switch the organization profile to access the projects that you want to work on now.
- Click on your avatar or initials in the right-hand corner.
- Select ‘Change organization’ from the menu.
If you believe that the subscription should be active, please contact your organization administrator.
