This message is displayed when the organization’s subscription to Lattira Spec and NBS Chorus has been suspended.
If you see this message:
- Check that you are on the correct organization’s profile. When you sign in, you are returned to the organization profile that you last worked under. If you have been invited to work on projects by other organizations, you may need to switch the organization profile to access the projects you want to work on now.
- Click on your avatar or initials in the right-hand corner.
- Select ‘Change organization’ from the menu.
- If you believe the subscription should be active, please contact your organization administrator.
- Alternatively, please contact your account manager.
